Song for Bert You know that feeling That always slips away when you come to close You know you got me reeling Dumbly admiring I’m Not one of those Bye bye Baby goodbye You know them blue skies They tell these pretty lies Of you still here Dealing with a loss Like it’s a gift Flying off when it’s time Seeing the clouds shift Bye bye Baby goodbye You know there ain’t no why Of these blue sky And there’s no reason why you’re gone Some are lamented Some are blessed Some are never at rest Some are lost Some are found Some come out laughing

Uncle E 03:37
Uncle E Cycling with uncle E Climbing up steep bridges He says you gotta hold your body still Don´t sway like that Don´t you waste no energy boy He taught me That you gotta put the energy Where it should be Uncle E eating supper On a Sunday Sounding like it tasted very good My father making faces My mother didn´t mind Uncle E quoting poetry I´ve held no tits That didn´t suspend in the end Gravity´s gonna find us all In the end Uncle E Couldn´t follow me Up the steep bridges anymore Got off his bike Pretending to see something interesting Shouting: you go ahead boy! You go ahead! And as much as I Try to remember the Good old days of uncle E It´s always this image that remains He standing there panting A face flushed with strain Calling me to go ahead With the desperate sound Of somebody that sinks beneath you And that will you will Never see again

At Ease 05:43
At ease Fred has grown a beard And his anger has abated His eyes have grown softer His step so light upon the ground Sitting in a chair Not really thinking Hands on his knees At ease with being here Fred´s got a little garden Growing vegetables and flowers The sun colouring his tired arms The sweat on his brow Sitting in a chair Not really thinking Hands on his knees At ease with being here Being here Sitting in a chair Not really thinking Hands on his knees At ease with being here

Wood 03:09
Wood He believes in wood Thinks it’s good To handle an honest material When it’s in your hands It might as well come alive Like Pinokkio He believes in wood Making tables, chairs, cupboards and stairs Kinda grateful When the things you have wrought Stands there in it’s simple beauty So independently Cutting Sawing Hammering Scraping Sanding Bending Varnishing Chiseling Abrading Painting Grinding Splintering Nailing Knocking Polishing Waxing and milking He believes in wood But sometimes it’s no good Acting not like it should Just like a woman would Still he believes in wood Yearning Burning Wanting Yielding Fighting Fucking Deceiving Trusting Caressing Hitting Receiving Hating Adoring Praying Cursing Forgiving Believing in wood

Voodoo Darling Watching porn movies With chubby girls Wearing clogs And long red socks Watching home movies Of grandma´s Carrying logs And eating frogs Seeing black horses Ridden by girls Naked and wild Castrating these fags Precious voodoo darling You come with no warning You are a believer aren’t you You should be praying No delaying Come unto to me Slap your bare ass Just like a cow You move on girl And take your vow Don’t pretend to be shy I know just Why you are here Funny how love is To receive bliss By being debased By a kiss Precious voodoo darling You come with no warning You are a believer aren’t you You should be praying No delaying Come believe in me Come on and feel The soft and the hard The weak and the strong The fast and the slow I promise you It won’t take long Before you know The world as it is No showbizz But the real Flesh and bone I love you You’re not alone Let your hands Do the ancient things Letting the bird sing Wearing a real tight R-shirt And high heels O the gifts you bring So blessed to be with you Love you too My cockoroo

Awakening 03:20
Awakening Kicking habits I never knew I had Becoming black, then blue and finally red I know I should be praying like mad But god lives, and I’m dead Now I finally see I was never free A slave of my own making Time I should be awakening Alive, but with a cold soul inside Busily living, but failing to abide Digging up dirt, for the diamonds to find Back bent, eyes growing blind Now I finally see I was never free A slave of my own making Time I should be awaking The way she made you Come and undone A clay figure in her hands Totally at her command These images that hunt your brain Leave you with only pain These thoughts you should not entertain Now that I’m free It’s still so hard to see The water in which I swim The world that I’m in Now that I finally see It was always up to me Open my eyes and awake Jump into the lake

Dr. Klaun 04:01
Dr. Klaun He’s a doctor and a clown And that’s a dangerous combination Jokes away all illnesses Oh, he’s a cunning professional Stumbling over his flappy shoes Right in the lap of some well build Desperate mama It’s no secret That a lot of these Klaun’s bastards Are running around With evil red hair And big awful feet Dr. Klaun Let’s no one down Always a joke at hand Give them What they want to believe Got the itching powder And the false trumpets For any awkward situation Gets away with everything A master of evasion A flower on his coat That will sprinkle water In the face of it’s victim Making it look like an accident A while loudly excusing Fumbling for your wallet Dr. Klaun Let’s no one down With a lipstick smile Make all the pain Go away Ain’t following no Hippocratic oath Just make sure his customers Stay desperate and hungry For that magical cure Some say life ain’t no joke But the doctor he begs to differ In his checkered pants Got a real big syringe With some pink stuff inside That will make you laugh Till the Kingdom’s Comes Dr. Klaun

sleepless moon sleepless moon woke up too soon dress made of clouds dancing 'round and 'round young girl so white and lost your dance comes at a cost the whispers of autumn leaves the laments of lovers grieve o tireless moon always leave too soon swirling 'round and 'round your feet make no sound young girl so white and lost your dance comes at a cost the whispers of autumn leaves the laments of lovers grieve In the black velvet room filled with the stars she shines so bright waking a desire beyond wrong or right

Churchbells 04:45
Churchbells Will the churchbells be ringing When they carry you away Will the ice be melting When they carry you away Will the children be singing When they carry you away Will the river be flowing When they carry you away Carry you away Maybe not today But someday Carry you away Will the lovers be kissing When they carry you away Will the leaves be falling When they carry you away Will the drunks be shouting When they carry you away Will the whores be charming When they carry you away Carry you away Maybe not today But someday Carry you away Heavy mother Imagine carrying your dead weight It might not be too late To lighten up a bit And lose some weight I tell you man You gotta lose some weight Carry you away Maybe not today But someday Carry you away Will the churchbells be ringing
